On the heaviest demands from all over, we are extremely happy to introduce the PBV based reward once again. General Terms:

Cost of the New & Improved - Enhanced with Vajradanti Nitya Herbal Toothpaste finally announced

Dear partners,
As you already are aware that we have revamped the Nitya Herbal Toothpaste and the cost of production of the same has grown significantly.
After receiving the number of request of not revising the costing of this product in the present moment, we had decided to give you some leverages in the pricing (CSP/MCP/BV), and we had duly announced that we shall stick to the MRP of RS.89.00 till May, 31, 2011.

But after receiving the Chart of Final Costing, which revealed the following facts to us that, we have to bear a huge extra value in form of Central Excise Taxation in addition to all existing production cost. This value has been increased because of the production of this product is being done through the third party manufacturing process this time.

So, in order to make this product marketable, we are taking Nitya Herbal toothpaste in our Econo range once more as it has always been a part of it (prior to this financial year). Now we bring back the previously announced Customer Selling Price (CSP) of Rs.119.00 to be effective from 1st March, 2011 (the day the new batch is available for sale). Following are the details of the complete marketable costing as per Econo Product Costing Rule (EPCR)*:

Customer Selling Price (CSP): Rs. 119.00
New worked out Consultant Price as per Econo Products Costing Rule (EPCR*): 108.00
New worked out BV as per Econo Products Costing Rule (EPCR*): 36.00

We are pleased to inform you that, we are going to introduce "New & Improved" Nitya Herbal Toothpaste, which will have an added advantage of the unique herb "Vajradanti". This product is originally based on the traditional Baidyanath LalDant Manjan formulation, which has been prescribed and used in India for at least the last 100 years by millions of people. The paste is an extension of the manjan i.e, powder being converted into paste with herbal extracts.

Nitya Herbal tooth paste is natural and effective toothpaste for preventing plaques and to keep the teeth clean and healthy. It provides protection against tooth decay strengthens the gums and prevents bad breath (halitosis).

How New Nitya Herbal Toothpaste is Improved?

The ingredients used in older version of Nitya Paste were herbal powders but the improved version contains Fine Quality Herbal extracts. Advantages of herbal extracts over herbal powder are:

1. Their ability to preserve the active constituents and their long shelf life.
2. Effectiveness and superior quality without any chemical additives.
3. Apart from the regular ingredients the improved version contains VAJRADANTI as one of the main ingredient.

Why Vajradanti:

The herb Vajradanti is described in Ayurveda for dental care. Its twigs and leaves are chewed to maintain dental hygiene and to guard them against decay. The word Vajradanti means “Diamond teeth”. Vajra means Diamond and danta means teeth. It means that this herb strengthens teeth and makes them as tough as diamond.

New and improved packing with eco-friendly colors.

Why was improvement needed?

1. As you know Nitya Herbal Toothpaste is one of our most demanding product as it is very effective in all sorts of Oral Care related needs. So far, the manufacturing of this particular product was very traditional, and the traditional method of making this wonderful product is not able to deliver us high volume production, so we needed to adopt modern manufacturing style in order to meet out the demand-supply gap.

2. The previous version of our Nitya Herbal Toothpaste is very much able to cater all sorts of needs related to Oral Hygiene, but to address next level care of Oral Hygiene and to be able to address regular Teeth-Tongue-Gum related problems, we needed to enhance the quality of our product. This enhancement is being done through replacing the ingredients from powder form to fine quality extracts and adding on the new herbs "Vajradanti".

Cost factor?

Due to conversion of the ingredients from traditional powder to finest quality extracts of the herbs used in making of new New Nitya Herbal Toothpaste, the cost of manufacturing has been increased significantly, so in order to meet out costings we are revising the cost of this product.

Note: We have completely discarded the previous stock, due to the policy matter, so you might have to wait for sometime for the fresh deliveries of the Nitya Herbal Toothpaste, though we have planned our schedule launch in the 1st Week of March, 2011. Inconvenience caused is sincerely regretted.

* Econo Products Costing Rule (EPCR): to know more about EPCR, please refer to the paragraph below:

Amendments: Econo Products Costing Rule (EPCR) to be effective from April, 1, 2011.

Introduction:
With the view of Keeping the ECONO range as economical but to increase the profitability of the Consultants, the rule to work out of the selling price of Herbalage ECONO products has been revised and the details are as follows:

1. The margin between the Consultant Price, which is termed as MCP and the Customer Selling Price, which is termed as CSP shall be approximately 10%. This way the Customer Selling Price (CSP) shall be remain same, which shall keep the beauty of selling high value products on economical price, in turn which shall also keep the probability of sales always high.

2. By reducing the margin between MCP and CSP the BV ratio shall be increased upto the mark 33% of MCP, which in turn shall increase the income of our Consultants.

So through this amended EPCR, our consultants shall earn more income on same amount of turnover.

For Chevrolet Beat - It will be Chevrolet Beat PS 1.2 model and the maximum contributing budget from the Company for this car shall be Rs. 3,30,000/-. And Road Tax/Registration/Insurance/and any other levies shall be borne by the winning Consultant.
For Bajaj Discover 100 cc DTS-Si - It will be Bajaj Discover 100 Kick start model and the maximum contributing budget from the Company for this bike shall be Rs. 42,000/-. And Road Tax/Registration/Insurance/and any other levies shall be borne by the winning Consultant.

12. The Video Camcorder - Color/brand is subject of availability of stock at the time of distribution of actual quantity of achieved rewards BUT one thing is for sure that you shall get quality Video Camera of almost equivalent specification and equivalent brand such as PANASONIC/CANON/LG/SHARP etc..

13.
