Discontinuation of Promotional Signup option@2490-CBC today 13th October, 2009, with immediate effect.

The above mentioned Signup option is discontinued and withdrawn from our business Signing-Up system today on September 13, 2009. The decision is taken by the Board of Directors (BoD) and the Board of Advisory Committee (BoA) in a joint meeting. The routine meeting was called after an urgent recommendation regarding the above mentioned Signup option received from the Auditor’s office. After reviewing, the auditor’s report and their view point, the Management and the advisory committee jointly has decided to discontinue the above mentioned signup option. Followings are the brief information of the auditor’s recommendation:

1. Since the Signup@2490 CBC option involves no physical products, so it may attract violation of CHIT FUND ACTS 1982 and also following consequences.

2. We are an ISO 9001-2000 certified Network Marketing Company, so, in order to maintain the certification norms and further to comply with ISO 9001-2008 norms, we must not do/perform/run any business activity that may be proven un-lawful.

So, keeping the above-mentioned un-avoidable/crucial points in accordance to fair business practices, we are forced to take the action of discarding the above mentioned Signup option before its expiry date. And we do extremely regret for the inconvenience caused to you all.

The new and easier method of CBC redemption w.e.f. 13th October, 2009.

To, All Consultants!

This is to kindly inform you, that, the Company is introducing a new and easier way to redeem the CBCs from its LSPs/MSPs. The details are as follows;
1. In-spite of issuing CBCs in denomination style, the Company shall issue a CBC certificate mentioning the Consultant name, IDN, CRN, in which the redemption method/term & conditions shall be, clearly mentioned.

2. The Consultants have to attach their CBC certificate along-with the product order form and deposit it to LSP/MSP in order to redeem their CBCs. And in case of ordering the products directly from the Company, the same procedure shall be adopted.

3. The product order form and the CBC Certificate must carry the same IDN in order to redeem the CBC.

The more details regarding the above issue shall be mentioned in the CBC certificate.

In case of having a payout lower than Rs. 333/-, no payout processing fee shall be charged in any condition in a particular payout.

August 29th 2009 - Vision Focusing Programme (VFP), Hyderabad.

Let me recall my memories as it is about a one month from today:
I was at Hyderabad, the city of NIZAMS, to speak to our team of Herbalage Partners at Secunderabad-Hyderabad. The place is symbol of moderation, a fine Mixture of Modernity and Nizami Tehzeeb (Culture). Excellent people. Very Kind and Very Humble.

They received me through Airport to Leave me at the same place the next day on 30th Sep.,09 to fly Back to National Capital New Delhi. Let me recall the names, Mr. Yamu Gautam one of the enthusiastic leader there and Mr.Manoj Sharma, the leader who came from Rewari (Rajsthan) to listen to me. I am really grateful to both of them for their kindness towards me.
Since it is Holy Ramazan so they altered the schedule of the Programme accordingly. At reception of Hotel Nakshtra it was really a warm welcome, I broke my fast with the fresh fruits they served me especially in my suite.
Since it was Vision Focusing Programme, so i chosen the topic “Why 96% of total money is being earned by 1% of total population?” It became an interesting thing as team of Herbalage Partners there started participating in the event. Yes! it became an interactive event rather as a speech delivery by CEO. I found it very miraculous and one thing I recognised, and that was “the beautiful team management by our partner Ramesh Yadav”, he, I have realised is a man of multi-talent with great Leadership qualities. He supports his team by not only guiding them with his knowledge and wisdom but he gives them his precious time as he is a Defence Service Man, serving
Indian Air Force. He is the perfect example of Servant Leadership at that place.

He is able to manage his team with his two strong arms there; Mr. Prashant Sahu, who manages not only his team effectively, but I have heard, he is the person who is managing the LSP at Hyderabad too. Marvellous, i give my sincere recognition to him. And another strong pillar of his team is Mr. Swaroop Singh, who is running his own GYM business but also he is sincerely promoting Herbalage Anti-Aging Business at Hyderabad and spreading the knowledge of Ayurveda directly helping the people lead gracefil life. And I must mention the name of very beautiful gem of Ramesh’s team Mr. Dharambir Yadav, whom i have met personally at TTP organised at H.O., Allahabad. I personally noticed his hard work at Hyderabad. At present he is establishing Herbalage Anti-Aging Business and helping human kind to lead their life gracefully at North-Eastern part of the country under able guidance of his upline.

Let me come back to the topic “Why 96% of......”, Here i go to tell you why?, actually they, the 1%ers have two things in common, (i) They know a magic and (II) they have a tool.

i. The Magic revealed[/u]
Actually the Magic is “The Nature’s Law of Transforming the Thoughts”, we all know our Mind, Body and Soul consist of Five Elements of ‘the Universe’ - “the Panch Mahabhutas” - Earth, Water, Fire Air & Space. So we are one of the most powerful things in the Universe. We contain the Magnetic Power which is most powerful than anything in the world – and that magnetic power is emitted though our thoughts. Means - anything, we think or emit as a thought can attract the real thing.

In the language of Swami Vivekananda:
Whatever you think, that you will be, if you think yourself weak, weak you will be.
If you think yourself strong, Strong you will be.

As per Henry Ford, founder Ford Motors:
If you think you are right, you are right, if you think you are wrong, you are wrong.

In both the cases, you are right, it means whatever you think is right. The command of your life is totally is in your hands. No matter what the real situation of your life is. You really can drive it any way you want, by simply consciously adopting your suitable thoughts. And see your life changing.

Wish
Have a clear Wish (es) of what you want or what you dream of, and then put it as a thought before the Mother Nature. The catch: If you are not clear of what you want then the Mother Nature will not be able give you back what you want.

Bob proctor, Co-author of the Secret says: What do you really want? Sit down and write it on a piece of a paper in the present tense and explain how you want your life to be, in every area.

Faith
Have faith in the Lord of the Universe, no matter what caste/ color/ religion you belong to. Just have faith that, the Almighty has listened to you of what you want and your wish is being fulfilled and you are going to accomplish it soon.

Robert Collier (1885-1950), Philosopher, says: See the things that you want as already yours. Know that they will come to you at need. Let them come, don’t fret and worry about them. Think of them as yours, as belonging to you, as already in your possession.

Prepare
Do the corresponding preparation of fulfilling your Wish; Make the long-term plan. Decide your roles & clear your goals. Write your personal mission statement to accomplish it. Treat it as you have already done these exercises, now you move to next step. . .

Accomplish
Just tune your mind to the station of the Mother Nature through which you are going to receive the signal of fulfilling your wishes. The Natural way of getting accomplished fast is to feel it, feel your wishes come true and feel it as you already have got it.

Lord Buddha says: “All that we are is a result of what we have thought”.

Albert Einstein says: “Imagination is everything. It’s preview of life’s coming attractions”.

ii. The Tools
The Tools of “Effective Time Management Goal Setting”.
Let’s see how do we spend our time and lead our personal and professional life?

People type #1: Spend all their time in managing the entire Urgent and Important things.
Here they spent all their time in solving the urgent problems and deal with significant results that require immediate attention. So, it consumes all their strength.

Outcome: Be persistent amongst People type#1, they make their situation bigger and bigger and finally feel beaten-up and finished and they tend to escape themselves among People type #2.

People type #2: They spend their time in doing Not-Urgent and Not-Important things.
Many times they work like People type #2 and they think like they are People Type#1, they try to solve all the problems but they don’t do important things. They do all the time wasting activities and blame others for the results. And most of the time their urgencies are based upon priorities and expectation of others.

Outcome : Here they see making plans, setting-up goals are worthless. Being People Type #2, they spoil their reputation, feel victimized and even breakup their personal/professional relationships.

People type #3: They spend their time in doing Not Urgent but Important things.
Being among People Type #3 is the main key to climb the ladder of success. Things here are highly important BUT don’t seem to be urgent. But working here they narrow down all the being People type #1 situation in their life. They focus on vision, fix their roles to accomplish their goal, make long term plans and write their personal mission statement. Here they build relationship.

Outcome: They have clear insight to have clearer foresight. Have lesser crisis/current problems to manage as they already have well thought the problems of tomorrow. They have excellent relationship with others and lead balanced, disciplined and controlled life.

Intro

A big hello to all the Human Bretheren, a happy Ramadhan to all peace lovers and a very Happy Health to Herbalage Community.

As it is my inaugural post, so i m only introducing my self to you all. I'm Mohammed Aqeel Syed, an interprenuer engaged into the business of Holistic Health, hold couple of Master Degrees in commerce and business administration, and aspiring to have a Doctorate soon.

At present heading Herbalage NRP Limited Company, a multi diversified Preventive Health Company as CEO, which is spreading all Natural, Safe and Holistic Herbal Products, Which are USFDA approved & KOSHER certified, manufactured by & Developed by World's Oldest & Largest Ayurvedic establishment Shree Baidyanath, Naini a part of Giant Baidyanath Group.

Apart from business my main aim is to serve human community. To meet out this aim we (me & my associates) have founded two different organisation . . .

Cervical Precancer - Colposcopy; the Diagnosis and the Treatment

A colposcopy examination involves the visualization of the cervix using a magnifying instrument (colposcope). Colposcopy is usually carried out by a gynaecologist or nurse with special training in the diagnosis and treatment of cervical precancer. The patient to be examined is positioned on an examination chair and a speculum is gently inserted to visualize the cervix. The colposcope is positioned to enable the examiner to view the cervix under magnification and with good illumination.

A fluid (acetic acid) is the applied to the cervix and the abnormal cells take on a white appearance (aceto-white), which is visible on colposcopy. This area may then be closely examined and further information obtained by a biopsy (small sample of tissue taken with a biopsy forceps), which can then be examined by the pathologist to confirm the presence of pre-cancerous disease. Alternatively colposcopy may be the preliminary to treatment whereby the abnormal area of cervical tissue is removed, usually by loop diathermy.
The procedure is usually carried out under local anaesthesia, which is injected directly into the cervix. The abnormal area is removed by cutting the tissue with an electrically heated wire loop (loop diathermy). This allows rapid and precise removal of the abnormal tissue. If the abnormal area is large then laser treatment may be recommended. This is usually performed under general anaesthesia. Occasionally a combination of laser and loop diathermy is used. Patients may also elect to have their treatment under general anaesthesia.
After the treatment the patient is informed as to the after effects in terms of bleeding and discharge and also what complications may occur. A follow up examination may be recommended at six months. In any event the first follow up smear is taken at six months and after that on the anniversary of treatment until five years have elapsed. The patient then returns to the normal screening program.
